SACRED'S PRENATAL DOULA PACKAGE
Have comfort in knowing that your birth is in great hands with physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy and labor. Pregnancy can be both exciting and overwhelming as the family prepares for the arrival of their baby. This is where a doula steps in to take the burden off of the expecting parents. A perfect analogy for describing doulas would be comparing them to wedding planners who help plan a couple's wedding but in a doula's case they are the childbirth experts and planners. With the support of a doula, both expecting parents will feel empowered and advocated for to minimize unnecessary medical interventions. YOU have control of your birth and your options. Packages start at $650 up to $1000.
SACRED'S POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
The postpartum period after the birth of a baby, called the "Fourth Trimester," comes with its own set of challenges for both the mother and father as they transition into their new roles as parents while also trying to manage siblings and pets in the home, if there are any. Caring for a newborn while trying to heal can be overwhelming especially for mothers who may have to return back to work soon. From hospital discharge to arriving home with your new baby, I am ready to provide daytime, nighttime, and overnight support through recovery from childbirth. I can assist with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, newborn care, sibling care, and errands. Packages start at $40 per hour with a 4-hour minimum required.
